! She is very organized and helps you prioritize and stay on top of all the tasks that need to be completed. She has a good sense of the market and uses her resources to make sure your property is priced right. She is great at holding all parties involved accountable and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She was pro-active throughout the entire process. She was excellent at negotiating for a much lower-than-list price, concessions for closing costs and needed repairs prior to closing. She coordinated all aspects of inspection, appraisal, coordinating a closing lawyer, working with a plumber and electrician, and worked closely with our lender. When our loan was stalled, she coordinated with the lender to come up with a solution only days before closing. She thinks outside of the box when hurdles arise, to the benefit of her clients. Luckily, Esther Carrasco was there with me every step of the way by asking the right questions making sure I did not make the wrong choice (even if this meant that we had to continue the search). She too was very active with the lender to help push the sale along. She was very much involved with the inspection process, the appraiser, and finally the closing. Finally, closing day reaches and all parties are on hand to transition and Esther was more excited than I was.
