If you are looking for a realtor Esther is the one to go for!! She is very organized and helps you prioritize and stay on top of all the tasks that need to be completed. She has a good sense of the market and uses her resources to make sure your property is priced right. She is great at holding all parties involved accountable and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. In our case she also showed tremendous resilience and patience as new challenges seemed to pop-up on a daily basis. Our house had just gone under contract when Corona hit and we lost the buyer; Esther managed to quickly adapt to the new way of selling a home under Covid related restrictions and got us another offer soon after. She also works with a great photographer, Lara Jaruchik, making sure your house looks the best online and on other marketing materials. In addition to the standard tasks a realtor would perform she would go above and beyond to help with other things as well. She is the reason I made it through this process!

She met with us at our home and spent hours answering our questions and going over every aspect of selling a home in our area. She took me on a tour of close by homes to see our competition. She provided lots of comps and showed us how long their listings stayed on the market. She gave us great suggestions as to what should be done (painting, re-flooring, decluttering etc.) before listing. She gave us staging tips, had professional photographs taken and made this process so very easy. Her hard work and professional knowledge paid off. We were completely thrilled to have had Esther as our realtor and would recommend her to everyone we know! Esther was our agent for both the selling and purchasing our home(s), She was right by our side throughout the entire process . We met with her very early in the process and made some notes on updates that needed to be done in our house. We also shared what we were looking for in the new property. Esther was very focused, determined, and put forth great time and effort all times of day and night to make sure that we finalized our purchase of our dream home. She was pro-active throughout the entire process. She was excellent at negotiating for a much lower-than-list price, concessions for closing costs and needed repairs prior to closing. She coordinated all aspects of inspection, appraisal, coordinating a closing lawyer, working with a plumber and electrician, and worked closely with our lender.
